What makes this product stand out?
AEG's Series 6000 follows a simple principle: the machine should use only as much time, water and electricity as the actual load requires. ProSense® automatic load sensing makes that possible, detecting the amount of laundry via sensors and shortening or extending the programme accordingly — savings of up to 30 percent are possible. At 57.7 cm deep, the housing is slimmer than many competitors. In a tight bathroom or under a shallow worktop, that difference can be decisive. The AEG gentle drum is built with rounded openings and a distinctive cushioned surface. Textiles glide on a thin film of water instead of scraping over edges — fibres wear more slowly as a result. 8 kg load, spinning up to 1400 rpm, and a large LED display that clearly shows remaining time and programme status. The inverter motor runs without carbon brushes and is correspondingly long-lived.
