a) When visiting the website

The personal data collected in order to deal with the enquiry is deleted automatically once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

c) For orders in the online shop
To process orders we collect and process the data you provide (name, address, email address, telephone number, payment details). The processing is carried out to perform the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.
The data is passed on to shipping service providers and payment service providers to the extent necessary to perform the contract.
