1. What do we offer?

We concentrate on two worlds: household and multimedia. In the household section you will find washing machines, dishwashers, fridges and freezers, ovens and cookers, vacuum cleaners, food processors, bean-to-cup coffee machines and air conditioners. In the multimedia section, televisions, smartphones, computers, smartwatches, video games and drones. Rather than an endless catalogue, we carry a curated selection of brands that we know ourselves and whose after-sales service actually works.

2. Who are we?

Aura Haushaltsgeräte GmbH was founded in 2025, as a specialist online retailer for household appliances and multimedia with its own showroom in Sundern.

The company is run by Sheikh Tahmina as management.

Our name stands for our values: competent advice, fair prices and a personal contact who is still there for you after the purchase.

3. How do we advise you — online and on site?

In our showroom at Buchholz 4b, 59846 Sundern, you can view and compare appliances before buying and get personal advice. You can also reach our advisory team by phone on +49 176 14111374 and by email at kontakt@aura-haushaltsgeraete.de. The showroom and advisory service are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 16:00.

We ask you about the installation dimensions, the connections available, the water hardness and the size of the room, and then recommend the model that best suits your requirements.

4. What service and installation do we offer?

Our service partners connect washing machines, fit appliances into prepared recesses and mount televisions on the wall. In the event of a fault, we prefer to send a technician to you rather than transport a large appliance across Germany. That is faster for you and gentler on the appliance.

5. How do we handle sustainability and old appliances?

We collect your old appliance free of charge on delivery and pass it on for proper recycling. We also take back small waste appliances and waste batteries without a new purchase. When selecting our range we pay attention to repairability, spare-part availability and long update commitments for connected devices — criteria that rarely appear on a data sheet, but that make the difference in everyday use.

6. Where can you find us?

Our registered office, showroom and warehouse are all at one address: Buchholz 4b, 59846 Sundern, Germany. From here we organise purchasing, advice, customer service, the processing of returns, and warehousing and dispatch.

We handle the dispatch of your orders ourselves — working with parcel carriers and, for large household appliances, with specialised two-person freight forwarders. This ensures careful handling and safe delivery even for particularly heavy appliances such as a 90 kg fridge.
