General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between Aura Haushaltsgeräte GmbH, Buchholz 4b, 59846 Sundern (hereinafter “Seller”) and the customer through the Seller's online shop.
1.2 Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless the Seller expressly agrees to their application in writing.
1.3 These GTC apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the basket.
3.3 Immediately after submitting the order, the buyer receives an automatic email confirmation. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by email without delay. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
3.4 The contract comes into effect only when the Seller accepts the order by a separate order confirmation or by delivering the goods.
§ 4 Prices and payment terms
4.1 All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT.
4.2 Standard deliveries are free of charge. Express deliveries cost €70.00.
4.3 Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
§ 5 Delivery and dispatch
5.1 Deliveries are made in Germany and to certain countries upon request.
5.2 Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 business days for standard deliveries and 24 to 48 hours for express deliveries, starting from the conclusion of the contract or, in the case of advance payment, from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
5.3 For large appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.), delivery may be made to the kerbside or into the home.
5.4 The Seller is entitled to make part deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods delivered remain the property of the Seller until payment has been made in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The details are set out in the separate withdrawal policy.
§ 8 Warranty and liability
8.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
8.2 The statutory warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
8.3 Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless the damage is based on intent or gross negligence on the part of the Seller or its vicarious agents. This does not apply to injury to life, body or health, nor to the breach of essential contractual obligations.
§ 9 Final provisions
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
9.3 The place of jurisdiction is Sundern, to the extent permitted by law.
