1. Withdrawal policy – right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

2. Withdrawal policy – consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The return is to be sent to the following address:

3. Start of the period for several goods and part deliveries

If your order comprises several goods ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several part consignments or pieces — a fitted kitchen, for example, or an appliance with separate accessories — the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last part consignment or the last piece.

4. Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Under section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to the following contracts:

• Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch Sie maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf Ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind (zum Beispiel maßgefertigte Einbaublenden)
• versiegelte Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn die Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde (zum Beispiel Rasierer, Epiliergeräte, In-Ear-Kopfhörer, Wasserfilterkartuschen)
• Ton- oder Videoaufnahmen sowie Computersoftware in einer versiegelten Packung, wenn die Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde (zum Beispiel Spiele-Discs und Software)
• Waren, die nach der Lieferung aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit untrennbar mit anderen Gütern vermischt wurden

5. Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or of proof of return being provided. Repayment is made to the means of payment originally used.

6. Exchange

An exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving the order. The items must be returned new, unused and in their original packaging. An exchange for the same new item is possible where the item received is defective, damaged or of the wrong size.

7. Digital content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — download codes for games or software, for example — your right of withdrawal expires under section 356(5) of the German Civil Code once we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed your awareness that the right of withdrawal thereby expires. We additionally confirm this to you on a durable medium.
